How It All Started

What began as a simple passion for cooking has blossomed into something truly special. Our founder, Lydia, has always found joy in the kitchen, especially in creating small chops that excite and bring people together. Over time, her love for crafting creative, flavour-packed finger foods became something others couldn’t stop talking about.

Encouraged by constant positive feedback and support from her community, Lydia turned her passion into a business  and Lydia’s Kitchen was born

Lydia Ufot - CEO

Lydia Ufot is the passionate force behind Lydia’s Kitchen. She is a devoted wife, loving mother, and talented chef whose love for cooking runs deep. With a heart for hospitality and a natural flair in the kitchen, Lydia has turned her lifelong passion into a thriving business that brings people together through food.

What began as a personal joy, creating meals that made her family and friends feel love,d gradually grew into a purposeful mission. Lydia found herself especially drawn to small chops because of the creativity, variety, and joy they bring to every celebration. Her food quickly became known not just for its authentic taste, but for the care and consistency she poured into every dish.
